SUSTAINABILITY

The policy of Sustainability of Grupo GV Risco has the purpose of ensuring the company’s commitment with the best management practices, thus, contributing towards to society and the environment.

For us, Sustainability is translated as the ethical, transparent and responsible management in all relationships, contributing towards improving socio-environmental conditions.



Grupo GV Risco promotes projects that envisage social inclusion, improvement to the quality of life and the maintenance of the humanized and productive work of its employees, through the concession of benefits, besides those included in the collective work agreement, making agreements with universities, selective waste collection, campanha do agasalho (winter clothes’ campaign), executing the energy saving program, offering activities of gymnastics at work, manicure, hairdressing and massage, among others.

CAMPANHA DO AGASALHO (WINTER CLOTHES’ CAMPAIGN)

An initiative and coordination by the Fundo Social de Solidariedade do Estado de São Paulo (Social Solidarity Fund for the State of São Paulo), the campanha do agasalho is developed with the support of government agencies, from the corporate class and from civil society and is designated to forward the donations received to appropriately registered social assistance entities!

The campaign collects millions of warm clothes and blankets in the whole State, helping families in need to face the winter with more dignity and human warmth

GV participates in these campaigns contributing with the donations received from collaborators and their relatives. GV, working on behalf of the community!

ENERGY CONSUMPTION

The company promotes several actions that envisage energy saving, among which, is the awareness campaign through messages distributed in various aspects which deserve attention, the installation of sensors on floors and staircases, the habit of switching off equipment and lights at lunchtime and at the end of the day and the adequate use of the elevator, among others. It monitors the evolution of consumption and takes preventive actions through campaigns throughout the corporation. GV, focused on the excessive expenditure of energy in Brazil!

SCHOOL ACCREDIATION PROGRAM

To guarantee that collaborators are aware and motivated in their continuous technical qualification, the company has many "empresa e escola" (company and school) accreditation programs with various educational institutions so they can benefit from discounts on their monthly fees. GV, motivating and improving the qualification of its human equity!

SOCIAL INCLUSION

Attitudes of prejudice and intolerance among men have been present since the beginning of time, but over the years society has been questioning these facts critically, establishing and strengthening the principles of human rights. The inclusion of collaborators with special needs is an integral part of the company’s culture. GV, fulfilling its obligation to society!  

GYMNASTICS AT WORK

This set of physical activities performed, voluntary and collectively, by collaborators, at a time pre-established by the company, at the workplace, are planned by specialized professionals, contemplating actions with educational and preventive purposes, bringing as their main benefits, the will to work, improvement in functional performance, the reduction in the number of accidents at work, the decrease of expenditure with medical expenses and to improve skills of interpersonal relationship. GV, working for the quality of life of its collaborators!

5S PROGRAM

The company has been gradually incorporating the 5S program, whose purpose is to maintain an organized and harmonious environment. It performs periodic inspections to detect opportunities of improvement in the workplace, either through preventive maintenance in the installations, or corrections in the way collaborators act, use and present their belongings and documents at the workstations.

2º SEITON  (Organization-Ordination)
3º SEISOH  (Housekeeping-Inspection)
4º SEIKETSU  (Conservation – Maintain the Practice of the First 3)
5º SHITSUKE  (Ethics-Morale-Discipline-Execution of Established Tasks).

QUICK MASSAGE

Techniques of Shiatsu, Anna and Stretches applied in about 15 to 20 minutes to promote muscular relaxation of the cervical and dorsal regions, and upper members. Its purpose is to give collaborators the physical relaxation necessary to eliminate the tensions and stress of day-to-day life. GV, concerned with the well being of its collaborators!

RECYCLING

Respecting the environment and defending the improvement of the quality of life of the population is a global concern. In order to reduce the amount of waste destined to sanitary landfills and decrease the environmental impact, the pollution of the soil, water and air, activities of selective waste collection have been carried out by companies. GV is greatly concerned with the environment and applies techniques to separate its residues, providing garbage cans, as well as directing them to be collected by companies specialized in recycling. GV, doing its part to protect the planet!
